Located in NW Oklahoma City in the Glenhurst Neighborhood, this will be one of Oklahoma City’s first LEED projects. The building utilizes an exterior canopy to emphasize passive solar design and the derrick structures bring light into the buildings interior.

Bricktown Fire Station

Located in the historic BricktownDistrict near downtown Oklahoma City, this will be the City of Oklahoma City’s first LEED project.

The building reclaims an urban downtown brown-field site and construction activities will relocate a 10,000 SF building to be rebuilt off site, The building also will utilize reflective paving and roofing materials along with materials that are recycled and locally harvested to reduce the environmental footprint.

Armed Forces Reserve Center – Oklahoma National Guard

This multi-building facility in the Oklahoma City suburb of Norman, when complete, will be the largest LEED project in the State of Oklahoma and the second LEED Certified project in Norman.

Building utilizes local recycled, low emitting materials, reflective roofing and boasts a 32% efficiency over baseline energy code. The building also utilizes over 40% water use reduction to gain LEED points.

Dwellings Builds Modern Family Bungalow at Mesta Park

Built in 2008 by the Oklahoma City-based company Dwellings LLC, the Modern Family Bungalow at 516 NW 21st was intentionally built to blend in amongst the charming, century-old homes on the tree-lined streets of historic Mesta Park. It was also built 100% new, from the ground up, on an infill lot that had sat vacant for more than 10 years.
